- Anticipate and navigate changing priorities to meet deadlines and departmental objectives.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
- Organize and manage the flow of information, including maintaining electronic documentation and files.
- Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide support and guidance with office equipment and software.
- Maintain and upload project files into document control systems.
- Undertake special assignments as required by Management.
- Serve as ACSO (Alternate Company Security Officer) for Designated Organization Screening and Facility Security Clearance processes with the Government of Canada.
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Level II Security Clearance status.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Aptitude for handling confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in organizing documentation and managing digital filing systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
