- Organize, sort, and maintain employee records in both paper and digital formats to ensure accurate and up-to-date files.
- Scan, digitize, and properly label HR documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Support the registration of temporary employees in the HRIS system and ensure information is properly recorded.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and serve as backup support when coordinating with recruitment agencies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including reports, records management, and coordination of HR activities.
- Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Provide backup support to the Receptionist by greeting visitors, maintaining visitor logs, answering and directing incoming calls, and coordinating courier pick-ups, mail distribution, and deliveries.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office when required.
- Assist with other tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned.
- 1–2 years of administrative and/or HR experience, with additional experience in reception or front desk roles.
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred
- Familiarity with Dayforce is an asset
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and document handling
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
