- Business group: IB (International Banking) Retail Regional Services – IB retail transformation office, manager full investment portfolio for IB retail,
- Project: IB Retail Portfolio Initiatives – moving from portfolio management focus to project management focus so need a PM to assist in managing the high priority projects in the portfolio; the project being assigned to the PM is in planning phase, plan is for it to go for 1 year

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure continuous improvement.
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
- 3–5 years of experience managing business-driven technology projects in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and strategic initiatives.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Scrum, PMI).
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across regions.
- Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments.
- Familiarity with core banking systems or digital channels (e.g., mobile/web banking).
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) demonstrating agile delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.
- Leadership and influence across technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align project goals with business outcomes.
- High emotional intelligence and team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in project management, Business, or Digital Transformation (preferred).
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM), or equivalent project management credentials.
- Best candidate: Has led complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation projects in banking, communicates effectively with senior leadership, and demonstrates both strategic vision and operational execution. Fully bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
- Average candidate: Has experience in project coordination or support roles, with limited exposure to executive stakeholders or regional delivery.
