- Commit to a strategic OI plan.
- Define and qualify the 5-year pipeline in accordance with regional leadership.
- Define and execute a strategy to ensure high PWIN across the pipeline.
- Identify technology needs linked to customer requirements.
- Lead funding mechanisms for identified technology needs (e.g.backlog, investment books, R&D)
- Solutions and B&P team alignment
- Develop expertise & mentoring opportunities.
- Recommend staffing of pipeline / opportunities
- Progress on the business plan via Objectives & Key Results
- Quarterly XMR reporting
- L2A Pursue-No Pursue gatekeeping
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, capture management, sales, proposal or program ring/sciences or administration or equivalent background and experience
- Highly effective motivator and people leader
- Individual with strong leadership abilities who can lead by influence strong team of professionals
- Individual who works well in a highly team-oriented environment
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to make sound business decisions in a highly competitive, fast-moving environment, often under conditions of uncertainty
- Strong communication skills, oral and written, with an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people including employees, customers and partners
- Be able to hold a NATO SECRET Security Clearance
