- Provide excellent instruction in undergraduate courses in the Bachelor of Management program, including those listed above.
- Design course syllabi, course materials, prepare exams or evaluations tools and assign grades.
- Evaluate student performance progress and provide appropriate and timely feedback according to department protocols.
- Demonstrate scholarship and remain current and competent in the discipline or profession by keeping class material relevant to the needs of the current student.
- Develop curriculum and material for new courses.
- Facilitate student engagement (e.g., involvement with student clubs; case teams).
- Assist with the development of the co-op program.
- Applicants must have graduate-level training (Master's level or higher) that is relevant to the discipline, combined with a minimum 5 years professional expertise in the field.
- Evidence of effective teaching at the post-secondary level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
