- Communicate (telephone, electronic messages/email) with agency staff to obtain information and documentation essential to completing the “picture” on each move order
- Gather and prepare documents and electronic information for invoicing
- Audit and transcribe inventory forms to create shipment weights according to contract terms
- File (electronically) documents requiring manual inspection and indexing
- Maintain file room and manage daily filing and document retrieval
- Provide backup to the Reception Desk
- Moving industry experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written skills with an aptitude for clear, courteous, and concise communication, ideally in both English and French languages
- Able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography
- College diploma, enrolment in post-secondary studies, or combination of completed high school education and tangible post-academic work experience
- Position is located at Sirva’s Edmonton, AB office, located in west Edmonton.
- Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance granted by CIISD/PSPC is required; the security clearance application will be facilitated via Sirva’s Company Security Officer (CSO)

- Salary Range: $19.50/hr
