
Estates Specialist

- You will be working on a Hybrid office schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
- Current Work Authorization is required for all openings.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in operations or customer service processing, ideally in an estates group
- Work within the financial industry, an asset
- Post Secondary Education, or equivalent experience
- Estate & Trust Administration course, an asset
- Bilingual, an asset
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of estates and related legislation, an asset
- Knowledge of Broadridge's Dataphile platform, an asset
