Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The individual will be responsible for working closely with IC Teams, Middle and back office, and regional representatives from PH&N Front Office to ensure adherence to the standards, policies, procedures, rules and tools used in the group. The individual will work with Senior Manager Business Enablement and Strategic Initiatives, and VP, Business Operations to standardize best practices in the development and maintenance of client onboarding processing activities, and will maintain up to date operating procedures, and assist with training, change management, and day to day questions from the field.What will you do?Serves as a direct support resource for front office teams on quantitative or technical matters related to client related activities.Raises and tracks project issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalates to appropriate level where required.Identifies operational gaps and makes suggestions to management for improvement. Supports assigned initiatives in developing near term and long-term business plans, strategies.Review, research, analyze and document client/stakeholder issues. Identify, track and resolve business system issues and inquires.Develops and maintains strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Communicates support needs and engages these groups in support of project execution.
