You will also be involved in supporting project deliverables in the form of (but not limited to): creative development, data/analytics reporting, audits, building CRM campaigns, etc.This is a hybrid role, requiring four (4) days a week in-office at our downtown Toronto head office (work from home on Fridays)Who You AreStrong attention to detailHighly organizedA strong communicatorAdapts quickly to change/fast learnerTechnologically inclinedService-oriented mindsMindset for problem solvingProactive & self-motivatedThe Impact You’ll HaveAs a Coordinator, Marketing, you will report into the Director, Patient Engagement & Enablement, while directly supporting the Marketing Managers on the team.This role will support the day-to-day needs of various Marketing functions, ultimately with the goal of increasing patient lifetime value. The team accomplishes this by influencing key performance indicators, such as: patient visit frequency, revenue per visit, churn risk/rate, patient sentiment, etc.In This Role, You WillManage end-to-end onboarding for our newly acquired and existing practicesWork independently to manage a portfolio of practice onboards that will be in various stages of completionGather onboard requirements/data and input into our systemsTroubleshoot onboard issues/blockers and document accordinglyEngage with practices to adjust settings that fit their needsQA prior to going liveContribute to strengthening and scaling our onboarding effortsReview and solution tickets/inquiries from both practices and internal stakeholdersTriage tickets according to ticket typeWork with the team to solution ticketsCommunicate and engage with practices/colleagues directly while providing support/solutionsDevelop/edit creative to support practice needsMaking edits to existing templates in Canva (i.e. image swaps, colour changes, copy edits)Copy editing with high level of attention towards grammar, clarity, tonality, and consistencySupport with data work in the form of audits and analytics reportsPulling data from multiple sources and combining for analysis/production use (i.e. using XLOOKUPS, developing pivot tables, charts/graphs, etc.)Reading and interpreting data for actionable insightsSupport with project coordination and executionSupport with various tasks associated to project deliverables while utilizing our project management tool (Asana)Provide status updates regularly to the team and project stakeholdersWhat You’ll BringStrong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or related field – or equivalent relevant experience1 – 3 years of experience in a Marketing role (or related), with proven history of onboarding, ticket management/resolution, and/or project coordinationProficient with technology use and understandingProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Previous experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator) an assetAbout DentalcorpDentalcorp is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of dental practices, committed to advancing the overall well-being of Canadians by delivering the best clinical outcomes and unforgettable experiences.
