- Lead and inspire a talented team of product managers who are passionate about transforming the fleet telematics landscape, empowering them to drive strategic direction and growth initiatives while building and developing world-class professionals in the connected vehicle and asset management space
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and expand market presence by strengthening existing partner relationships and identifying new strategic alliances that create significant market advantages in the rapidly expanding IoT and connected devices market
- Oversee a high-impact portfolio that directly influences thousands of fleet operators and asset managers, driving innovation in connected vehicle technologies and shaping the future of fleet telematics and connected asset solutions
- Technical Expertise: IoT and sensor technologies, GPS and location-based services, Cloud platforms and APIs, Data analytics and AI/ML, Mobile and web applications
- Industry Knowledge: Transportation and logistics, Fleet management software, automotive technology, Supply chain optimization, Regulatory compliance (DOT, ELD)
- Business Skills: Strategic planning and execution, Partnership negotiations, Market research and analysis, Product lifecycle management, Customer success strategies
- You are a known subject matter expert in fleet operations, asset tracking and telematics solutions
- You have been involved in or led product management, business development, or strategic partnerships for eight or more years
- You have a positive leadership brand, having managed cross-functional teams and direct reports for five or more years
- You have a track record of success in Fleet Management, Telematics, IoT or Connected Vehicle technologies
- You are a go-to for B2B SaaS product development and go-to-market strategies
- You are a relationship builder, with demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partnerships
- You have experience with data analytics, API integrations and platform ecosystems
- Financial acumen with experience managing P&L
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
- Communications strength - you have presented at conferences, published industry papers or been a member of Toastmasters
