- A diploma in office administration or equivalent years of experience in supporting information management, engineering, and/or project management.
- Experience in large scale projects is an asset.
- Experience working with an EDMS such as Aconex, SharePoint, Google, ProjectWise and/or Procore is an asset.
- Familiarity with the different types of documentation and quality processes required in project delivery. This would include the stages of design drawings, specifications, certifications, procedures, reporting, technical submittals, etc. Experience in project turnover and close-out is an asset.
- Ability to implement and manage the selected EDMS to ensure secure access, version control, and integrity of documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management Systems, and auditing experience are assets.
- Ability to develop and provide training to staff and stakeholders regarding processes and systems.
- Proficiency in the MS Office software suite, including advanced Excel skills (for example, the ability to use pivot tables, hyperlinks, and advanced formulas).
- Experience working with Primavera or other scheduling software is an asset.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, on time-sensitive activities.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
