- As a Manager in our SAP practice, you’ll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:
- Managing the delivery of various projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work that meets client requirements and expectations.
- Conduct a thorough review of client deliverables (i.e. all documentation) to ensure they are presented in accordance with our client’s quality standards.
- Develop and maintain standard project documentation including; project plans, agendas, lists of tasks, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development best practices.
- Managing resources effectively, including onshore and offshore by coordinating across teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets to meet project needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Proactively work with project team to create and maintain the Risk Register, Issues Log, Actions and Decisions
- Generate regular reports for senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and impacted parties are appropriately engaged.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables.
- Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Lead engagements through KPMG methodology
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Activate methodology, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP frameworks.
- Proven leadership in a minimum of three full-cycle SAP implementations.
- At least five years of experience serving as a project manager, functional lead, or technical lead on SAP ERP implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Experience across various roles and phases of SAP Finance and Controlling module implementations is highly valued.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, Jira, Microsoft Project, Clarizen, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Signavio.
- Awareness of SAP Joule and other AI-driven tools and technologies.
- Experience managing geographically distributed (including offshore) teams.
- Hands-on experience with SAP extensibility using the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint.
