- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
- Provide user support and training to ensure effective usage of NetSuite.
- Monitor system issues and troubleshoot to resolve problems efficiently.
- Proven experience with NetSuite administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications*NetSuite configuration: roles, permissions, dashboards, KPIs, saved searches
*Workflow automation (SuiteFlow)
*SuiteAnalytics: reports and saved searches
*Basic SuiteScript knowledge (for troubleshooting or minor scripting)
*User management and access control
*Managing NetSuite updates/releases*Understanding of core business modules: Finance, CRM, Order Management, Inventory
*Data import/export (CSV import, data clean-up)
*Business process mapping & optimization
*Knowledge of accounting principles (AR/AP, GL, Fixed Assets)*Problem-solving & troubleshooting
*Strong communication and training ability
*Cross-departmental collaboration (Ops, Finance, Sales, etc.)Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field.
*3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
*NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
*Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteScript (optional but preferred).
*Experience with data migration, system integrations (e.g., via Celigo, Dell Boomi), and third-party applications.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
