As a Junior Reliability Technician, you will play a strategic role with our clients by helping increase equipment availability and strengthening their maintenance management processes. You will also take part in a structured internal training and mentorship program designed to deepen your knowledge in industrial mechanics.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEDeploy predictive maintenance technologies in industrial facilities (vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasound) and follow up on corrective actions;Develop and implement comprehensive lubrication programs (quantity and frequency calculations, required hardware identification, etc.);Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs;Participate in plant shutdown activities;Assist senior specialists and consultants with overall reliability projects.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFULCollege diploma (DEC) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or vocational diploma (DEP) in Industrial Mechanics, or any other equivalent program.1–2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience;Experience with one or more predictive maintenance technologies is considered an asset;Recognized for technical rigor;Strong listening skills and client-focused mindset;Willing and able to travel 50–75% of the time within client sites (Eastern Canada); * Written and verbal communication skills in French
