Join usAs an Electrical Sales & Coordination Specialist, you provide clients with your technical expertise in electrical products and services by exploring and analyzing their needs and specifications to propose the optimal solution within available timelines and resources. For major projects, you coordinate your analysis with the support of technical sales specialists, account managers, and planners to ensure strategic alignment with client requirements. You build strong business relationships and identify opportunities to provide complementary products or services.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEAnalyze clients’ technical needs and propose tailored electrical solutions.Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.Act as a technical expert for clients and the sales team.Support the full sales cycle, from pre-sales to implementation.Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling.Contribute to the development of sales tools and internal knowledge sharing.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFULCollege diploma (DEC) in Electrical Engineering Technology or AEC.Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical sales and/or service, or 5 years in managing/planning an electrical service team, including experience with:Low-voltage electrical distribution products (MCC, VFDs)Predictive and preventive electrical reliability (thermography, maintenance plans, engineering studies, electrical shutdowns, etc.)Turnkey industrial electrical projectsStrong written and verbal communication skills in FrenchWritten and verbal communication skills in English considered an assetWORK LOCATION: Kirkland, Qc.
