Marketing Manager, Brand and Content

- Develop, manage, and execute on the organization’s corporate and product brand strategy to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, brand identity, market trends, and target market needs.
- Manage and contribute to the creation of sales tools such as sell sheets, presentation decks, case studies, frequently asked product questions, and more.
- Create written content to support the commercialization of BrainBox AI products and solutions including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, ad content, product messaging, product lexicons, and more.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and relevant for various platforms, including website, social media, email, and paid media.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure content is integrated effectively and consistently across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all touchpoints.
- Manage external agencies or freelancers to support content creation as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform content strategies and brand positioning.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand and content marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, and/or a similar marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies.
- Extremely strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience managing people.
- Expertise in SEO, content marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Asana, Miro, and other collaboration tools.
- Experience using AI tools to support work and output.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- French-English bilingualism is required.
- In addition to fluency in French, successful candidates must have full professional proficiency in English in order to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or various stakeholders.
