- Strategic Leadership: Engage with senior decision-makers to identify digital transformation initiatives, building and maintaining relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor influencing long-term strategies and engaging at all levels, including the C-suite.
- Technical Expertise that instills client confidence: Lead a proficient virtual team, focusing on achieving and exceeding Business Applications targets and ensuring that customers' digital transformation through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its supporting app stack is realized.
- Innovation Expertise: Develop and sustain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, identifying projects, constructing compelling business cases, and driving consumption projects to production.
- Co-Sell Leadership: In addition to internal leadership, you will also be responsible for co-selling with Microsoft teams, providing robust support and playing an integral role in joint pursuits, ensuring that strategies are aligned, and pursuits are cohesively executed.
- Documentation: Assist in crafting responses to RFIs/RFPs and concocting solution estimates as needed, and ensure all client and prospect presentations, including those involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, are tailored and impactful.
- Business and Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a business leader with technical expertise, leading teams and initiatives to drive digital transformation through cloud computing.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills with an aptitude to build and nurture trusted advisor relationships across our clients at senior and C-suite levels.
- Business Application Expertise: Thorough knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with the ability to identify projects, create robust business cases, and help clients automate business processes.
- Presales Experience: 5+ years solution or services sales experience.
- Strategic Orientation: Ability to influence strategic business and technical direction with credibility and confidence across all client stakeholder levels.
- Client-Centric Approach: Adept in assisting clients to realize value from their cloud strategies, recommending and driving forward fitting solutions that make sense for our clients business.
