Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is seeking a Flagship Store Director to join their team. As a Flagship Store Director, you will be part of the retail management team supporting a vibrant and dynamic store environment.   • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and clienteling strategies.
  • Oversee merchandising execution, inventory management, and visual presentation standards.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, payroll control, and labor planning to drive profitability.
  • Foster a boutique culture rooted in inclusivity, excellence, and purpose.
What's Needed?
  • 7-10 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 3+ years as a Store Director or General Manager in a premium or luxury retail setting.
  • Proven success in building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record in delivering on sales goals and KPIs in a flagship or high-traffic location.
  • Experience in clienteling, CRM, and managing VIC/VVIC client relationships.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to work cross-functionally with brand and HQ teams.
