Material handling of 25-50lbs.
Recognize product variations
Sorting product into proper receptacles
Removal of rocks and debris from loads of potatoes.
Daily clean up
Standing in one place for long periods of time
Trouble shoot and assist with maintenance of equipment as required.
Relay information to other Team members
Working in a fast-paced team environment
Participate in Team meetings, as required.
Various production tasks may be assigned as required
Must be willing to cross-train (other operational activities)
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)All additional duties as they become assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Valid Class 5 Driver’s License an asset
Reliable Transportation to and from worksites
Must possess a good safety record and demonstrate ‘safety first’ on a continual basis.
Ability to work well with supervision and other employees
Team player with excellent attendance
Highly motivated, observant with good initiative and a positive attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to and embracing change as it occurs.
Willing to work weekends and long hours.
Must be self-motivated
