
Reconciliation Specialist (Finance Admin)

- Perform daily reconciliations by comparing bank transactions to merchant records.
- Create merchant reports using financial data and custom in-house software.
- Calculate merchant fees using transaction data and merchant contracts.
- Communicating, monitoring, and adhering to financial controls and policies.
- Building strong, cross-functional working relationships with other departments.
- Preparing bank files as required.
- Performing other financial and administrative duties as needed.
- Cross-training within the finance group to support other functions.
- Corresponding with merchants as required.
- High school diploma required.
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- 1+ years in an administrative or customer service role required.
- Accounting support or accounts receivable experience is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Accountable and dependable.

- 40 hours per week.
- 7:30am – 4:00pm.
- Monday to Friday and Thursday to Monday shift available.
- This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
