Your tasks at a glance
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, access points and VPNs.
  • Design and implement network solutions to meet organizational requirements.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Implement and enforce network security measures, including access controls and intrusion detection systems.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
  • Configure and optimize network protocols and services, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network infrastructure with systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other network administrator.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices related to networking.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
A Clear View of Your Assets
  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in computer science, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration or cybersecurity roles.
  • You have several years of experience in information security, demonstrating a strong understanding of security principles and technologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing network security solutions.
  • Certification in Fortinet NSE 4 or equivalent Fortinet Network Security Professional (FNSP) certification.
  • Proficiency in Linux operating system administration and shell scripting (intermediate level).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining network security best practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity, emerging threats, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in French to support interactions with French-speaking clients or colleagues.
