As an Operations Manager Intern, you will play a key role in project management and operational strategy, helping to shape the future of our company initiatives. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.About the PlacementWe have a scheduled ongoing placement immediately and an ongoing bi-weekly placement. We are screening candidates for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 to align with academic internship schedules. Your placement can be either full-time or part-time but must be a minimum of 520 hours to complete our program. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have.What You'll Do
  • Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
  • Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness by refining team processes
About You
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Duration and CompensationThis is a full-time & part-time, paid internship with flexibility for your placement options and starting dates. Location or academic constraints should not deter you from applying.   • Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge.
  • Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
  • Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
  • Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about NovaForge, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
