This 14‑week internship offers hands‑on experience in program administration, project coordination, and operational support within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The intern will work closely with program leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and processes are tracked and supported effectively, while gaining exposure to real‑world program management practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Support
  • Assist with coordinating program timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support the tracking of tasks, schedules, and dependencies
  • Help prepare program documentation, plans, and status updates
  • Maintain organized records, trackers, and shared documentation
Coordination & Communication
  • Support communication between internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and tracking action items
  • Help follow up on outstanding tasks and next steps
  • Support onboarding materials, training documents, or process updates as required
Reporting & Administration
  • Assist with compiling program status reports and summaries
  • Track progress, risks, and issues related to ongoing initiatives
  • Support data entry, reporting, and basic analysis related to program performance
Collaboration & Learning
  • Work alongside experienced program coordinators and managers
  • Participate in team meetings, reviews, and learning sessions
  • Support ad‑hoc program or project requests as needed
Professional Skills & Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year in a Business, Project Management, Communications, Operations, or related program
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets/Excel, Docs, Slides)
