- Effectively communicate with key decision makers to assess leads and develop strong business relationships
- Offer effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare pricing agreements for customers
- Perform sales margin analysis
- Work collaboratively with the inside sales and customer service teams to effectively manage customer issues
- Represent the company in trade shows or conferences
- Minimum of 5 years of outside B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environment
- This position requires strong mathematic and technical competencies, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings/documents is required
- The ideal candidate for this position will possess a customer-focused sales approach and proven ability to build effective business relationships across any level within an organization
- Candidates must have exceptional communication and time management skills as well as the ability to work well independently or in a team setting
- This position is based in Burlington with a hybrid work arrangement and requires up to 40% travel across Canada and USA
