- Lead and manage SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish success criteria.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP project management, integrating new methodologies as appropriate.
- Ability to align project goals with organizational objectives and long-term strategy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and project requirements.
- Meticulous approach to project planning and execution to ensure accuracy and quality.
- CPG and/or Manufacturing experience will be a big asset.
