- You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or one of our Plants in Ontario. Roles available in: Cambridge Manufacturing Plant (supporting our Production Team or Maintenance Team) and Cambridge Warehouse Facility. All roles are full time positions, and will require flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
- You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
- You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.
- You will be motivating your team to achieve established performance targets and coaching them on performance processes.
- You will strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (ex. reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction)
- Successful completion of Bachelors degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management by September 2026
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
