- Architect & optimize the AI-centric GTM tech stack
- Evaluate, implement, and embed AI products (e.g., predictive lead scoring, intent data, generative-email sequencers, conversation intelligence) into GTM prospecting engine across solutions like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, 6sense, Clay, n8n etc.
- Optimize prospecting & routing workflows: Automate hand-offs from Marketing to BDRs, including AI-driven lead prioritisation and enrichment rules that boost conversion rates
- Pre-Sales Tech Stack Ownership
- Lead a team to own the pre-sales tech stack and continuously monitor and optimise components of the tech stack in favour of upcoming technologies
- Own Pipeline Analytics
- Use available reporting to understand for pipeline health, funnel velocity, and campaign ROI; surface insights that accelerate pipeline creation
- Champion AI adoption & enablement
- Work with Enablement teams to train GTM teams on best-practice playbooks, measure utilisation, and drive change-management initiatives that embed AI into daily workflows
- Data Quality & Governance
- Build and maintain high-integrity datasets through automated deduplication, enrichment, and validation
- Set and enforce data governance standards across lead, contact, account, and activity data
- Lead vendor selection & pilots
- Run proofs-of-concept, evaluate ROI, and negotiate contracts for new revenue-system technologies
- 5+ years in Revenue, Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record standing up or scaling AI/ML solutions in sales or marketing workflows
- Hands-on knowledge of core GTM platforms-Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Clouds/Data Cloud), HubSpot, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, Clari-and their APIs/integrations
- Obsession with automation, AI, and systems thinking
- Advanced analytics skills; comfortable translating data into actionable insights for executives
- Excellent cross-functional communication; able to influence marketing, sales, finance, and data-science stakeholders
- Pre-Sales is where strategy meets execution. This team depends on RevOps to make their work possible and this role is at the heart of it. The right person here will become a force multiplier for hundreds of conversations and millions in the pipeline.
