We are a family-owned and operated real estate company with over 50 years of experience as a driving force in the Eastern Canada market. Founded by an entrepreneurial visionary and now led by the next generation, we have achieved consistent annual growth exceeding 10% through strategic acquisitions and repositioning of undervalued properties. Our diverse portfolio includes industrial, office, retail, and residential assets across Canada and the United States, making us one of the largest private industrial real estate holders in Eastern Canada. Headquartered in Montréal with branch offices in key markets such as Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Québec City, Dallas, Columbus, Atlanta, Las Vegas, St. Louis, Memphis, Hartford, Indianapolis, and West Virginia, we specialize in identifying "diamonds in the rough"—vacant or challenged properties that we transform and market to new tenants. As a vertically integrated, full-service operation, we handle everything in-house, from legal affairs and property design to construction, management, and maintenance, allowing us to offer competitive rental rates and rapid responses to tenant needs while pursuing aggressive growth through value-add investments and distressed opportunities. As the Corporate Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the financial leadership of the company.
