You set the bar high, drive clarity and execution, and champion craft excellence.What will you do?You’ll lead a small team, define design strategy and elevate craft — while rolling up your sleeves when needed:Support the Design Vision & StrategyHelp shape and communicate a compelling design vision that advances Mydoh’s mission and product strategyInspire and align stakeholders through future-forward concepts and data-informed storytellingDesign for Measurable OutcomesPartner with Product, Engineering and Data Analytics to define, influence, and track OKRs and KPIsCommunicate trade-offs and decisions with clarity and confidence to move teams forward on performance-driven outcomesRaise the Bar on CraftUphold an uncompromising standard of detail and quality across UX and UIEnsure brand, visual consistency, and research insights reinforce excellence across platformsGround design decisions in data and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to uphold quality assurance throughout the product lifecycleScale Design Systems & ProcessEvolve our scalable Design SystemImprove operational efficiency through streamlined workflows and effective cross-functional handoffsTest, Learn, IterateChampion continuous learning — validating assumptions through research, experimentation, and behavioural insightsAct as a strong advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and motivations drive product decisionsLead People & Design CultureManage and mentor a small team of designers — growing skills, confidence, and autonomyFoster a culture of growth, feedback, and creative ambitionCollaborate Across the BusinessBuild strong, proactive partnerships with Product, Engineering, Data and Strategy, Payments, Brand, Performance Marketing, Research, CE and OpsDrive alignment, unblock progress, and ensure cohesive customer experiencesInfluence without authority through trust, communication, and credibilityWhat You BringMust-Haves:6–8+ years designing impactful consumer-facing digital products with strong mobile UX experience1–3+ years managing or coaching designers on a small teamA portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and measurable product resultsExperience designing for conversion and optimization — from defining success metrics to tracking data and improving them across mobile and/or webExpert in Figma and modern design workflow toolsAbility to drive clarity in ambiguity, influence without authority, and build trust with stakeholdersA driver mindset — you push work from great idea → polished delivery → real impactPassion for raising standards, simplifying complexity, and getting things doneNice-to-Haves:Experience in fintech, banking, youth products, or gamified learning environmentsFamiliarity with accessibility and inclusive design practicesComfort with motion or illustration to drive playful engagementWhat’s in it for you?We are building something completely new in a dynamically changing industry.
