What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement a program of strategic initiatives to deliver key Supply Operations business capabilities based on best practices, robust analytics and clear business value
  • Collaborate with leaders, peers and stakeholders to ensure strategic program support and to meet or exceed program deliverable milestones
  • Collaborate with leaders, peers and stakeholders to formulate and present strategy
  • Provide regular progress reporting for all levels of the organization including risk assessments, scope changes and appropriate performance management KPIs
  • Provide leadership and support to team members operating in a project manager capacity
QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table:
  • A passion for exceeding customer expectations and continuously improving customer experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written and visual), ability to communicate complex concepts at all levels, from front line to senior management
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of improvements through team member involvement, process simplification and effective leadership
  • Strong understanding and experience of Supply Chain, including purchasing, inventory management, reverse logistics and sustainability
  • 7+ years of equivalent, relevant experience in a Supply Chain role or Supply Chain Management certifications (e.g. APICS CSCP, SCMA SCMP)
  • 7+ years of equivalent, relevant experience in Project Management role or a PMP certification (e.g. PMP, Agile)
  • 2+ years leading strategic programs
  • Post-secondary degree required
Salary Range: $94,000-$142,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
