This state-of-the-art facility has the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12. Completion of post-secondary education in Engineering, Wood Sciences, or a related program is an asset.
Demonstrated focus on safety.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills.
2-3 years experience leading a team. Completion of a supervisory or leadership certificate is an asset.
3-5 years experience in a manufacturing setting (wood products manufacturing preferred).
Experience in a shiftwork setting and continuous press experience is an asset.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Identify and report on any maintenance and safety issues.
