
Intermediate Land Development Engineer

- Job Description
- Assistant project management duties with the opportunity to grow into a project manager role
- Complete conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design tasks for land development infrastructure projects
- Prepare technical specifications, memoranda and permit approval applications
- Participate in site inspections
- Perform contract administration tasks
- Liaise directly with clients, government, and regulatory authorities to address specific project needs
- Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Licenced professional member or eligible for such a membership with APEGA
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the land development infrastructure field. More than 2 years of demonstrated relevant experience will be considered an asset.
- Past experience working as a site inspector during construction for infrastructure projects will be considered and asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
