We’re looking for an Elderly Care Sales Representative for our client in the in-home elder care industry.
Our client is a leading provider of home care services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals in need of care. With a focus on compassionate care and personalized service, our client stands out for their commitment to excellence in the home care community. The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our client's reach and building strong relationships within various healthcare facilities and referral sources.Responsibilities of the Elderly Care Sales Representative:
  • Conducting necessary sales calls on a weekly basis to maintain relationships and generate leads.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and effectively presenting our client's offerings to potential clients.
  • Assessing the unique needs of clients and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships within the home care community, including Medical Clinics, Social Workers, Senior Care Facilities, Hospital staff, Discharge coordinators, Independent Living, and Assisted Living sites.
  • Establishing and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with current and potential referral sources and payors.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Agency’s markets, key referral sources, and competitive positioning.
  • Developing and managing information on available community resources to assist customers and staff in accessing services or information.
  • Providing exceptional service by promptly addressing client calls and inquiries via phone or email, with appropriate follow-up as needed.
  • Upholding confidentiality in all aspects of the role, respecting the confidentiality of client and employee records.
  • Collaborating with nursing and marketing staff to anticipate coverage needs for new clients or increased demands.
The ideal candidate possesses:
  • 2 years of experience in Senior Care Facilities, Hospitals, or Social Work settings.
  • 1 year of sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $60,000 plus commission depending on experience.
