We are part of the Office of the CEO and have a unique vantage point within CPP Investments, supporting and advising the CEO and senior management team on many of their most challenging questions. The team engages on a wide variety of important topics including strategy development and corroboration, operating models, talent and culture, emergent external issues and competitive analyses, to broadly ensure that there is ‘great strategy everywhere’ in the organization.
