Payrate: T4: C$36 | INC: C$42We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious Marketer to help bring the Everyday Banking Marketing team to the next level. This role will help define and develop marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the Everyday Banking acquisition portfolio, maximize revenue, and optimize the customer experience. The candidate will work collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution, and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Typically between 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a financial institution/banking atmosphere working with marketing campaign/project management experience.
- Experience in project management.
- Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
- Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth.
- Influence skills - In-depth.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Advertising and/or creative agency experience.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
- Provide information and direction for media and creative development, ensuring brand and governance standards are maintained in all solutions.
- Oversee the development of advertising, promotional, and communications material.
- Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media, and platforms.
- Develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines, and governance.
- Think creatively and propose new solutions.
- Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role.
- Possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
