This role involves supporting technical decisions while ensuring adherence to best practices. The overall objective is to contribute to modern, scalable, and performant user interfaces that enhance deliverable quality and performance.What You Will Do:

Develop and maintain front-end Upstream Planning solutions in an Agile environment.
Support architectural standards, best practices, and reusable components across the application portfolio.
Adoption of modern technologies and frameworks
Support technical decisions, work with coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline the development process.
Collaborate with stakeholders, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with guidelines.
And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

5+ years of JavaScript development experience
3+ years of hands-on front-end development with React 18+ or comparable framework(s)
Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) including arrow functions, destructuring, spread operator, async/await, promises, and closures
Expertise using React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useReducer, useMemo, useCallback) and advanced knowledge of state management
Proficiency in using package management systems
Strong understanding in DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding in designing solutions for high availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in cloud technologies
Strong knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture

Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity using AI coding tools
Proficiency using TypeScript
Familiarity with React Query/TanStack Query
Proficiency with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks
Familiarity with Shadcn
Knowledge of upstream oil and gas domain
