- Propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of the team's work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the team's objectives and priorities.
- Estimate workloads and plan activities in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget, in compliance with established standards and processes.
- BAC/AEC in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including 5 years in a leadership role (direct or indirect).
- Experience in the financial sector (a major asset).
- Bilingualism (French and English) (essential).
- Proficiency with IT tools (Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite).
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases.
- Knowledge of .Net platforms.
- Experience with agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and knowledge of good development practices (unit testing, continuous integration).
- Understanding of software architecture principles.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align technical solutions with Croesus's business objectives.
- Leadership: Ability to advise, influence, and inspire colleagues.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) and a strong team spirit.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Analysis of complex problems to propose effective solutions.
