Develop strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate goals
Build strong, lasting customer relationships through site visits and technical consultations
Lead customer workshops and site assessments to identify opportunities
Produce and manage contracts and proposals, ensuring service delivery standards are met
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Support technical service delivery and oversee project execution as neededThe successful candidate has: 710 years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in the utilities sector
A bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term relationships
Experience conducting site visits, developing cost estimates, and supporting project implementation
Willingness to travel as neededCompensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $150,000 - $175,000 depending on experience, plus bonus structure
