To support their expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Site Superintendent with a background in water and wastewater infrastructure to oversee one project located in Orillia, Ontario.Site Superintendent - Wastewater Treatment Plant - Orillia
  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Track project progress and regularly report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the Project Manager and sideline to the on site Lead Super
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the ICI sector, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plants and industrial projects.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in IT and spreadsheets
  • Able to commute across Ontario
