Accountable for all internal and external outcomes for appointments valued between £2.5m and £6m in Mace fee.You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Managing delivery of sub‑programmes, ensuring strategies, governance, safety and compliance align with programme vision and objectives.
  • Optimizing performance through effective resource use, risk management, commercial oversight and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, driving benefits, outcomes and high‑quality programme documentation.
  • Fostering an inclusive, high‑performing team, promoting innovation, best practice, and Mace’s net‑zero and digital ambitions.
  • Managing exceptional safety, quality, sustainability and compliance standards, applying advanced health and safety expertise.
  • Driving successful delivery of key projects from inception to completion, providing strategic direction and oversight for clients.
  • Managing budgets, uphold ethical practices and contribute to long‑term business strategy and value creation.
  • Building high‑performing, inclusive teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders, championing innovation and best practice across Mace.
You’ll Need To Have:
  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent development.
  • Extensive project and programme delivery experience.
  • Strong commercial, financial and technical project management expertise.
  • Proven leadership, senior stakeholder management and sustainability awareness.
Construction management - preferably Rail/Utilities/Bus/Highways.The estimated salary for this position is $ 150,000.
