You’ll lead high-energy classes, provide expert guidance, and motivate members to reach their full potential — all while delivering a scientifically-backed workout that drives results. - Lead group workouts that combine treadmill, rowing, and strength floor exercises in a high-energy setting.
- Use OTconnectâ„¢ and heart rate zone data to provide a personalized experience for each member.
- Offer exercise modifications and ensure proper form to promote safety and effectiveness.
- Motivate, educate, and engage members of all fitness levels throughout each session.
- Support studio operations by performing cleaning tasks, resetting equipment, and maintaining a safe, tidy studio environment.
- Help foster a strong studio community and positive member relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily studio operations and sales.
- Current Personal Training, Group Fitness, or related certification (CanFitPro, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.).
- Post Secondary Education Diploma or equivalent in related field required
- Educational background in kinesiology, exercise science, fitness, healthcare, or wellness is a strong asset.
- CPR/AED certification
- 1-2 years of Prior group fitness or personal training experience required
- Strong knowledge of human movement, fitness programming, and exercise science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and inspiring others.
- Professional, punctual, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
- Must be available to coach minimum 6-8 classes per week
