- Plan and manage multiple software development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, compliance, and UX/UI designers.
- Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and performance standards specific to the fintech industry.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and adjusting project plans as necessary.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Work with leadership to prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and compliance impact.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Must pass a criminal and credit check.
- Must be willing to work full in-office.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience managing software projects, preferably in the fintech, banking, or financial services sectors.
- Previous software development experience in JavaScript.
- Previous experience delivering API-driven financial platforms, payment gateways, lending systems, or trading platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership abilities with a keen sense for managing diverse personalities and stakeholder needs.
- Excellent strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to manage project schedules, release timelines, and sprint planning with an eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication styles to various stakeholders and project teams.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
