- Design and maintain AI-powered systems for lead routing, outreach, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
- Use tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Gumloop, LLMs, and APIs to drive efficiency and pipeline growth.
- Build scalable, repeatable workflows that support global SDR operations.
- Analyze SDR and sales funnel processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Ops teams to implement and iterate on impactful solutions.
- Run experiments and track success metrics to guide improvements.
- Create clear documentation and onboarding materials for new tools.
- Provide light training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Act as a connector between SDR, Sales, and Marketing to align automation with GTM goals.
- 1-2 years in SDR, RevOps, Sales Enablement, or similar GTM roles.
- Experience building or implementing AI/automation tools with measurable impact.
- Comfortable with tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and APIs.
- Proactive, globally minded, and passionate about making teams more efficient.
