We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic full-time Sales and Events Associate who possesses a strong passion for networking, nurturing client relationships, and hosting a large variety of events. This role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales and events success.As a Sales and Events Associate, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing impactful semi-private/private classes, events, and socials. In addition, you'll contribute to corporate sales and brand partnerships, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable in client interactions and adept at quick problem-solving, you will be a key player in achieving sales targets.Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for the corporate membership program, tracking employee memberships to produce accurate billing for corporate clients every month.
  • Administrative support for semi-private/private classes, and events.
  • Aid in the execution of sales strategies to increase revenue from corporate clients, brand partners, and private events.
  • Assist in corporate sales and brand partnership proposals and maintenance post-sale.
  • Track proposals for clients and maintain organized records.
  • Be the on-site event planner and be the second point of contact for corporate and private events.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations and food and beverage teams to ensure events and partnerships are executed at the highest level.
  • Develop and manage relationships with service providers such as caterers, DJs, and event rental companies.
  • Coordinate seamless delivery and pickup of equipment, catering and brand assets from facilities where necessary.
About You:
  • You have worked in management and are looking for reduced hours but to retain a degree of responsibility for a small team.
  • Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, events, administration, and/or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand.
  • Decisive personality, comfortable qualifying decisions which balance brand standards and logic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with a keen eye for creativity
  • Administrative experience is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting excellence in effectively conveying information.
  • You enjoy working longer hours in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, showcasing a commitment to delivering outstanding service experiences.
  • Self-motivated and possess a collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.
  • Interest in health and fitness is a valuable asset.
