The Landscape Architect will be at an intermediate or intermediate to senior level and will have excellent experience working on Canadian based projects, ideally in private sector work. This individual will assist in developing projects from inception to completion, including contributing to design, project management, business development, client management and project delivery. This is a leadership role and such you will be involved in managing teams, developing relationships and contributing to the overall success of the firm. With passion for the industry and an entrepreneurial mindset, this individual will have the opportunity to develop and grow further within the company to progress their career forward.This candidate will have the following aspects;
- B.Deg Landscape Architecture or Master's in Landscape Architecture/Planning
- Either an Intern or Licensed Landscape Architect with the OALA preferred but not essential, Landscape Designers will also be considered
- 5-10+ years' experience working with a progressive and dynamic Architecture, Planning and/or Urban Design/Landscape Architecture Firm in Canada
- Excellent knowledge and work experience with a variety of project, with some private sector work essential
- Experience working with programs such as MS Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, Grasshopper preferred
- Detailed approach to project management with an entrepreneurial mindset in leading projects forward through to completion
- High energy, innovative thinking and a dynamic approach to design and planning a must
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with business development aspects an asset
