Work in collaboration with human resource colleagues to implement HR initiatives and strategies
Research, develop, communicate and implement assigned strategy projects in collaboration with leadership
Administer projects and initiatives with an emphasis on progressive HR, consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement
Coordinate the publication of best practices and related materials on internal website
Draft templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks and Word documents; ensure deliverables align with brand standards
Produce and analyze regular and ad hoc reports
Confirm data integrity and accuracy of data held within applicable systems (Human Capital Management System (HCMS), applicant tracking system, etc.)
Engage with a variety of stakeholders; elicit their concerns, opinions and recommendations
Stay up to date on existing and forthcoming legislation to determine impacts
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Skills and Experience
Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
1 year of HR experience is preferred
Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
Research and project-oriented work experience
