- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI tools, ensuring they are clean and multi-purpose where appropriate
- Build and optimize SQL pipelines (Dataform) to generate reliable report sources and improve legacy logic.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing dashboards and pipelines for performance and data quality.
- Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to support business decisions and deliver actionable insights.
- Gather requirements, prepare dashboard wireframes, document processes, and provide knowledge transfer and user support.
- Recommend enhancements to reporting processes and stay current with BI best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BI development with a proven track record in building reports and dashboards.
- Strong front-end BI development and visualization skills (preferably Tableau).
- Proficient in SQL and ETL processes for KPI generation.
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery.
- Understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
- Experience with Dataform (preferred) or dbt.
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Looker, Domo).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Experience with version control (Git) and analytics workflow automation.
