- · Base Salary: $65k/yr - $70k/yr + $5k - $7k bonus

- · Hours: Flexible Hours between 7am - 9am
- · Hybrid Opportunity - 3 Days in Office (3690 Creditview Road, Mississauga, ON), 2 Days Remote
- EESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- · Organize, check inventory, monitor back orders, input, and provide quotations, order entry, delivery, and invoicing to respective dealers using SAP software.
- · Input all customer-related data into CRM System Daily
- · AR Follow up on overdue accounts
- · Ensure all dealer accounts have sufficient and current credit coverage with external company-wide credit insurance
- · Input all customer-related data into CRM System daily.
- · Recommend and implement improvements to sales/marketing/administrative procedures/processes.
- · Interface management with internal departments and support with distribution partners/dealers.
- · Good Communication Skills, Team Spirit, Open to learn behaviour
- · Positive/enthusiastic attitude when speaking with customers over the phone
- · Adapt at inputting large amounts of data
- · Detail-oriented; proactive; possessing very strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- · Excellent prioritization; multi-tasking; & follow-up skills.
- · Competitive spirit; enjoys setting goals and achieving them
- · Confident user of Microsoft Office packagev
- · Minimum 3 years' Administrative or Inside Sales Support Experience within a fast-paced environment.
- · Knowledgeable on SAP standard SD module transactions is a must.
- · Working knowledge of CRM Salesforce system preferred.
- · Celonis CRM (from SAP) would be a plus
