- Provide technical product and application support to internal sales teams and customers, both remotely and on-site as required.
- Test customer samples to determine the most suitable hardware/software solution, and document findings in detailed technical reports.
- Log and manage all support cases in the company CRM, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the global head office for research and preparation of new product launches.
- Develop and deliver technical training for sales teams and customers, including product demonstrations and competitive insights.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting demonstration equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations at customer sites, company facilities, and trade shows.
- Provide continuous feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge expertise, particularly for assigned sensors, cameras, and related devices.
- Manage demo inventory and ensure accurate tracking of all equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or similar) or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial automation, quality control, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent prioritization and customer service abilities.
- Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.
