- Lead contract management activities for medium to high complexity technology agreements
- Support ERP related contracts, including licensing, service integration, and support agreements
- Advise on new contracts, renewals, amendments, change orders, project orders, and statements of work
- Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to move contracts smoothly from creation to negotiation and execution
- Forecast and report on software renewals, contract usage, spend, and upcoming expirations
- Manage both high-value software agreements and lower-value transactional renewals through approved reseller channels
- Improve software entitlement tracking and help optimize procurement channels for better value
- Support software asset management efforts, including license compliance and audit readiness
- Monitor vendor performance against service levels, deliverables, obligations, and compliance requirements
- Prepare reporting that helps refresh SLAs and align contract performance with changing business needs
- Support vendor governance activities, including status updates, reporting, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions
- Track contract issues, risks, and escalations across the technology portfolio
- Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and archived software entitlement files
- Support procurement system activities such as purchase order issuance and spend monitoring
- Provide practical advice to internal teams on contract strategy, supplier performance, and public sector procurement practices
- 7+ years of progressive experience in contract management within a complex business environment
- Proven experience working on complex technology agreements
- Strong experience negotiating software, SaaS, licensing, support, consulting, and professional services contracts
- Hands-on experience managing ERP related contracts
- Experience with software renewals, license entitlements, software asset management, and vendor compliance
- Ability to monitor contract performance and resolve issues to reduce risk and improve supplier outcomes
- Strong negotiation, communication, planning, project management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive contract outcomes
- Knowledge of public sector procurement practices and contract governance
- Experience supporting hardware, telecommunications, data centre, AMS, VAR, and cloud subscription agreements is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
- $77 per hour. Hybrid work model with at least 1 day in the office per week.
